Hey guys! I want to be Sandy from Grease for a Halloween Party so I thought I'd share a super simple way to make an off the shoulder top! I made a stripe shirt and a black shirt. The stripe takes a little longer to make just because you have to line up the stripes and whatnot. if you're too lazy to do that then just get a solid color fabric :) Hope you guys enjoy this tutorial!
